There is so much to love about this wedding at the Waterview Pavilion in Belmar, NJ! The super cool bride and groom and fun bridal party, the beautiful natural light portraits at Allaire and epic sunset back at the waterfront, and did I mention the bride? The gorgeous bride getting ready for her big day! When we photographed their engagement session we knew we were going to love these guys and knew this wedding was going to end up a favorite of ours. Everything down to their proposal story was amazing! Can you believe Carl proposed to Danielle on the same day her father proposed to her mother?! All the feels!
Danielle's bedroom had the most amazing light coming through the windows. As I was photographing details and thinking about where we should do the finishing touches for her makeup, Danielle told me the story about how when she was a little girl, her mother picked out her vanity with hopes to have her use it to get ready on her wedding day! Again, right in the feels! So naturally we had the makeup artist from Make Me Up Eva sit Danielle at her vanity and turn this getting ready process into an even more special moment for Danielle and her Mom! Gorgeous!
Wedding Ceremony at St. Dennis in Manasquan, NJ
This church was absolutely beautiful! They also had a pretty amazing exit with bubbles!
Portraits at Allaire State Park
Oh the light, the colors, the people, gahhhh! We started with the bridal party, grabbed a few portraits of the bride and groom and jumped into some family portraits. I just love the colors they chose! Really nice with the Maid of Honor in Navy mixed with the wine colored dresses. The guys looked sharp with the blue and gray suits. Everything pulled together so perfectly! The florals were designed by their wedding planner, Jeanne at Bogath Weddings and Events. She really kept everything running smoothly, too!
Reception at Waterview Pavilion in Belmar, NJ
Towards the end of cocktail hour, we pulled Danielle and Carl away for a few minutes to run across the street to grab some sunset photos. So worth it! One of my favorite details of the day was the baseball theme cake toppers and home plate for the guests to sign. So unique! I love that they really personalized the details of their day. Their reception was a blast. The kids had such a good time, as did the rest of the guests! Pretty sure you could tell by all the dancing photos!
