If I could sum up Patty + Eddy's wedding at Olde Mill Inn into one word it would be FUN!
When we arrived for the girls getting ready portion of the day, Patty was so relaxed and already looking stunning even without her makeup on! I quickly grabbed a few photos of the details while she got her makeup started and came back to her for the finishing touches in front of a window. Once she was dressed she had just enough time to grab some photos of her and her bridesmaids, and the street gave us the perfect backdrop (ok, maybe we were a few minutes late to the ceremony, but it doesn't start without her!)! I LOVE the colors of her girls' dresses (no idea what color I would call it...not quite slate, not quite pewter??) and peony's and roses make up my favorite bouquets! I'm not a big fan of tulle, but the pink that was wrapped around the bridesmaid's bouquets looked SO beautiful and perfect against their dresses.
Ceremony + Portraits
This church (Immaculate Conception in Annandale, NJ) was simply gorgeous. Stunning. Beautiful. I could go on and on. The lighting was perfect, white walls, and it even had a balcony which lent itself to the most amazing first kiss and exit photo! My fave! Not only that, but the grounds were the most amazing spot for photos! Luckily we had enough time padded in because it kind of down-poured towards the end of the ceremony so we decided to wait it out, which only lasted for a few more minutes! I'm so glad the bride didn't mind walking out in the grass...epic photos!
Reception + More Portraits + La Hora Loca + Sparkler Exit!
This reception was WILD! A choreographed first dance, great speeches, more amazing portraits using Olde Mill Inn's string lights in their garden, La Hora Loca (Venezuelan tradition), and a great sparkler exit. I wish I could relive this day over and over again. :)
