What do we have in store for you today? A lovely couple, beautiful venue, Jewish ceremony, and a wild wedding reception. Read on ;)
Ok, where do I even begin with this amazing wedding at the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ?! We started off photographing details, STUNNING florals by Catherine Cotter at Conroy's Bridal and Florist. They paired succulents with the perfect colored roses! Her Nine West shoes looked super comfy, and all her jewelry was so pretty and dainty. Meg and Dan opted for a first look to ensure they made it to cocktail hour, and with things running a tad bit behind, we didn't have much time, but I kind of love the pressure! We nailed all their portraits, bridal party, and even a ton of family photos in such a short amount of time! Then we led into their Jewish wedding ceremony starting with the Ketubah signing. After that, by tradition, they were swept away to have a few moments by themselves as a married couple. I seriously love traditions and it's so nice to see that traditions still thrive in our generation!
Reception. Oh boy, was it fun! Entrances led into the Horah and it was... intense. We were surrounded by so much happiness, there was so much excitement in the room, I just couldn't get over it! Chaos, people everywhere, swinging arms, people up on chairs, running into the circle, ahhhhhh it was cRaZy!! Needless to say, the excitement didn't end there, so naturally I included a ton of dancing photos from the end of the night. The band (Billy Stone Band of Hank Lane Music) did a really great job at keeping the crowd on their feet! Much love to these newlyweds!
