The last wedding of the year and it was AmAzInG! We had warm weather, gorgeous backdrops, beautiful light and such a happy, fun couple! Kellie did a great job planning all the little details. Deciding to wear a red lip and that veil? Oh my gosh, she was flawless! She had all her bridesmaids in different colored dresses and they handmade lots of details at their reception. So excited to share this wedding with you all!
Kellie has such a great group of friends. They laughed, they cried, they laughed some more... everyone there was so genuinely happy for her and it showed! We had the dress hanging in her parents room and Kellie wanted to do a first look with Dad. He was not too thrilled when he heard he had to get ready in the laundry room..haha! What a good sport! And it was SO worth it! Just check out his reaction when he saw her for the first time in her wedding dress!
Wedding Ceremony at St. Catherine's Church in Spring Lake, NJ
Portraits at Divine Park in Spring Lake, NJ
Once the ceremony was over, we went across the street to Divine Park. Aaron and Kellie had the most perfect timeline, giving us about an hour just before sunset (AKA the BEST light of the day!). The light was so soft and golden, so pretty. And the weather! OMG how did we luck out with such a warm day in late November?! The bridesmaids all had a little bit of a different dress in three different colors. It pulled together so nicely and went really well with the fall colors! With a few minutes to spare, we drove over to the beach up the road and got a few more photos with just the two of them.
Reception at The Mill in Spring Lake, NJ
Kellie and Aaron made a lot of their reception details. I love seeing things that they care so much about! And that cake! It's soooo pretty! The first dances were so good, too. I mean, I was smiling from ear to ear behind my camera the WHOLE time. We got to sneak them away for a few minutes for a night shot and am so happy they did! Love how it turned out! The dancing was wild, I had no idea Kellie did a serious Irish Jig! I was sad to see the night come to an end, it was such a fun wedding but I am glad we got to end our season with these two!
